Kristian sits down with Logan Turner, a dad from Indianapolis who found running as a way to bond with his daughter Nora, who was born with a rare genetic condition called Dup15q. Nora experienced severe infantile seizures as a baby and faced major developmental delays, including not being able to walk for years.

Logan opens up about diagnosis day, the fear and grief of that period, and how he eventually started pushing Nora in a running stroller as a way to cope and connect with her. What began as a single 10k grew into marathons, half marathons, and ultras together, including the emotional moment Nora took her first steps across a finish line.

Logan also shares his newest project: a six day, 182 mile run across the state of Indiana with Nora this October.

It's an honest, moving conversation about turning something incredibly hard into a source of joy, connection, and community, and a reminder of what running can mean far beyond a finish time.
