For today's podcast, I have a great chat with Neil Wagner, the head of IT at the Calgary Counselling Centre. The Centre is currently the largest of it's kind in Alberta, and it provides charitable counselling services of all sorts. Today we discuss how modern technology is changing even the world of counselling services, and the impact COVID-19 has had on our community. 

Corrections: The original number of staff at the Centre was 4, not 12.  The volume of face-to-face sessions from Jan 1 to Mar 16 of 2020 was 9607; from March 17 to Dec 31, there were 35,075 via Teams.
