Mr.McMillan has decades of experience at senior political levels including serving as the Minister of Energy for Saskatchewan under Premier Brad Wall.
In addition, Mr. McMillan served as the President of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP) from 2014 - 2022.
Mr. McMillan earned a bachelors degree in economics from the University of Victoria.
