2️⃣ Name the emotion you’re feeling.
3️⃣ Breathe and let the feeling move through you.
4️⃣ Invite God into the moment: “Lord, help me feel this with You.”
5️⃣ Choose a faith-filled thought to carry forward.
Peace isn’t the absence of hard — it’s the presence of Jesus in it.
John 14:27 – “My peace I give you; not as the world gives.”
Isaiah 26:3 – “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in You.”
Philippians 4:6–7 – “The peace of God will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
Ask yourself:
“What thought is stealing my peace right now?”
Then pause, breathe, and invite Jesus into that very moment.
