Today we interview Evan Bottcher of the Hungry Trout Resort in Wilmington NY, just outside of Lake Placid at the base of Whiteface Mountain.  They have a 9 acre resort on the banks of the West Branch of the Ausable River, and access to a number of private water adventures.  

How would you like to be in the State of NY and catch a brook trout that is measured in pounds, not inches?  Its not a dream...  today we talk about how that is possible with these guys at Hungry Trout.
