20 Minute Breath Sesstion

A Few Key Rules:

  • Avoid Rapid Breathing if your are Pregnant, have epilepsy, or have experienced seizures
  • Always listen to your body. None of this should hurt or cause any pain. This should never hurt. 
  • If you experience pain or extreme discomfort, gently relax the breath until the discomfort dissipates. 
  • Basic Set Up:

    1. Sit or Lie Down
    2. Close Your Eyes
    3. Awareness to Breath
    4. Find Rhythm
    5. Start Breathing
    6. During the Breathing:

      1. Bring Awareness to Strongest Sensation
      2. Breathing into the Strongest Sensation
      3. Explore the Subtle Changes
      4. Find the Pleasure
      5. Continue Breathing
