Jesus has prepared a feast, and all who will, can come. Let us welcome everyone to the picnic!

Each of us can take one small step toward sharing the good news about Jesus with people in our space. Am I willing to be available to God?

When we are ‘undone’ by grace, when we know how deeply we are embraced and loved despite our failures, when we grasp how far God’s mercies have been extended toward us, THEN we will be better able, eager in fact, to share with others what we have received

The Risen King is at the center of the kingdom of God, which is bigger than any package of values for us to emulate. Jesus opens our minds and ignites our hearts to see the great story of his work, giving us the Spirit for us to be his witnesses and to obey him.

The key to entering the Kingdom of God is knowing and obeying the King. Jesus isn’t interested in laying out a series of ground rules which can be followed apart from relationship. He is looking for loyal, loving followers.

Jesus' ministry centered around His message about the Kingdom of God—God's kingly rule in the life of His people and in His world. Yet this Kingdom was unexpected in its character and nature. (Note: Due to a power outage, a brief part of the sermon was lost.)

Jesus calls each follower to a radical shift in values in order to truly become his disciple.

God has called Hope Chapel to greatness. That is what the Spirit spoke to Geno while he was praying and listening. This served as a rebuke to his previous embrace of Hope Chapel as a problem to be solved and a ‘prickly pear of opinion’ as he put it.
