The 2022 edition of the Carolina Panthers met with the local media one final time as the team cleaned out their lockers and looked ahead to the most important offseason since David Tepper bought the franchise.

Panthers interim head coach Steve Wilks discussed the challenges that his team went through while applauding them for helping to bring back the meaning of "Keep Pounding". Wilks is set to interview for the full-time job but didn't want to go into detail about the process ahead. Would Panthers owner David Tepper be making a major mistake if he bypasses Wilks?

Panthers general manager Scott Fitterer spoke to the media for the first time since Matt Rhule was fired. Fitterer shared that he will be a part of the hiring process and believes that the Panthers can take a shot at some explosive players this offseason after using the past two to build the foundation of the team.
