And just like that, the 2024-25 B.Friendly Fitness World Tour kicks off with stop 1! Brian heads to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to provide live coverage of SandClash, one of the premier and up-and-coming fitness competitions in the Middle East.

PC and Brian preview the competition with a look at the history, the workouts and the impressive gathering of athletes. With a line-up that includes Games athletes such as Jamie Simmonds, Solveig Sigurdardottir and Julia Kato for the women and Luka Đukić and Kalyan Souza on the men's side.
