2034 could be a disastrous year for U.S.-China relations — and most of the rest of the world, according to a new work of fiction by former NATO Commander retired U.S. Navy Adm. Jim Stavridis and Marine veteran, journalist and writer Elliot Ackerman. The two have teamed up to write “2034: A Novel of the Next World War,” which was published this week by Penguin Random House.
