Parenting is one of the most transformative spiritual practices that we know of. In this episode, we discuss how we can use the tasks that we are already doing in parenting to actually elevate our spirituality. There are so many tips and tools we use daily that we share here that we use in our own lives regularly. We were largely inspired by Eckhart Tolle’s work on the subjects of spirituality and presence.
