#207 3 Signs Your Hormones Are Outta Whack

Your life is run by your hormones.   Literally, everything you do you, every single day, is intimately connected to the expression of your hormones.   Hormones: -Help you lose weight; help you gain weight -Help you calm down; keep you feeling stressed -Help you sleep; keep you awake -Help your immune system; suppress your immune system -Help you heal; keep you sick   It's really that simple.   The problem is your hormones are not easy to change, in fact they change slowly... very slowly. This means changing your hormone profile takes a long time.   This means if you fail to recognize the early signs of hormone problems, you're reducing your chances of getting everything on track and ever having normal hormone expression again. 

Worse, since early hormone change doesn't necessarily cause any particular disease, you ignore those signs as a signal to take action.

I'm here to tell you: don't do that anymore.   If you recognize ANY of these hormone changes act right away. Your future self will thank you.   What we covered:
  • Understanding your hormones - How does this complicated mesh of chemicals combine to run your life and why you need to know that your hormones are a complex society of interconnected parts.
