This Podcast has been such a blessing for me. It talks about all the important things that we face with a foundation in motherhood. They provide inspiring and realistic goals and changes. It sheds light on ways to gently move myself into the woman and mother I aspire to be. It really limits my feelings of inadequacy and provides clear wisdom that is beyond what I could find on my own. They have also helped me see the cycles of trauma that I have faced growing up and how to break through that to provide a better life for my children.
