This week, Allie, Adam, and Arri all talk about Chapter 15, Aragog. Inside this episode, you’ll find a discussion on the wife of Aragog, Mosag, Allie's fear of arachnids of all types, and what the reason was for bringing Fang along on this horrendous journey back into the Forbidden Forest.
During the month of February, we're highlighting different Black organizations in honor of Black History Month. The Association for the Study of African American Life and History, founded in 1915 by Dr. Carter G. Woodson, helped create the month that we celebrate today. This year, the ASALH is putting on the first virtual festival for Black History Month called The Black Family: Representation, Identity, and Diversity, much of which is available online through their YouTube channel. They will also be hosting a marquee event called Finding Our Roots in African American History: A Conversation with Henry Louis Gates and Evelyn Brooks Higginbotham. You are also able to simply join our donation to the ASALH at asalh.org/donate.
