Previously, Mr. MacInnis was a Founder & Managing Director of Investment Banking at Tristone Capital, Head of Energy Financial Markets and Energy Investment Banking for National Bank of Canada - working on over 1200 M&A & capital raising transactions representing over $125 Billion in transaction value.
