"Pity doesn't work. We want to make amputees look cool and feel proud about themselves when wearing our products". Rafael Masters, Co-Founder and CEO of Vulcan Augmetics shares with me his story on building prosthetic products that could change lives of millions of amputees in Vietnam. Vulcan Augmetics just won the Blue Venture Award on social enterprise. They will represent Vietnam to join the global competition in Amsterdam in May. As part of social mission, they will launch the Uplift project, that will provide 30 amputees with job opportunities at certain companies that are willing to support these products. Right now, Rafael is looking to raise more funds to scale up the production process. Check out their website at https://www.wearevulcan.com/
