This is one of my favorite quotes.  When things are not going well in my life, I know I always have a choice in how I choose to respond. Here’s the ugly truth, we all face hardship and tragedy during our life.

I believe that social media shows the highlights, and happy times in life not the tragedy that is so common for us all.  This can be isolating. We love to compare ourselves to others in our feed.  We view these posts and images thinking to ourselves, “They look so happy, their family seems so close, good things happen to them but not to me.”  The lists go on.  So how do we deal with hardship?
