Food rules may provide an illusion of control and predictability but are often really the thing holding you back from food freedom.
Sometimes feeling trapped on your journey to freedom comes from holding on too tightly to the control that you believe you have. True freedom from your burdens is found in submitting your shortcomings and surrendering control to the Lord and His ways. Listen in as I share some of the ways that I’ve learned that freedom doesn’t necessarily go hand-in-hand with being in complete control.
In today’s episode, I’ll share with you why submitting to God’s authority is essential to making progress toward food freedom, fighting negative body image, and relinquishing the control that causes anxiety and disordered relationships with food.
