What does it mean to live and not just survive? 

We're eternal creatures with souls.  Christie says that our soul is the life of the body. Lisa-Jo asks, "How can we rest without checking out?" 

Step outside of your normal rhythms.  What does rest look like when we turn to the Lord?  What extra burdens are we putting on ourselves. If you feel like you're dying, we have some helpful thoughts for you. 

We can practice a soul rest in the midst.  God breathed life into us in the beginning. Let the Holy Spirit breathe into us now.  What does my soul even need? In the past three years, all of us have been through so much and we've held on to each other.  Let's all look around and ask, Is my soul connected to my body?
