While I was at the Welding Summit I met some pretty cool people, one of them, was a welding engineer, and I know what you're thinking welders and Engineers don't typically get along but Paisley Natalia isn't your typical Welding Engineer. She likes to get in the shop and work side by side with the welders that are making the repairs. She doesn't try to do her job from behind a desk, she goes right to where the work is to solve the problems and get a better understanding of how and why things work to solve in-service issues.
