Ok guys sorry about the poor quality sound but we didn’t want to redo it as this was authentic and to the point ! I feel so grateful to be in a place of deep peace and healing over the years that I can even have this type of conversation, grateful that he agreed to share as it’s not easy but I hope this brings some light to what can be going on with our partners ! At the end of the day it wasn’t ok, and never will be, our relationship had many other traumatic things happen ( another day ). We are all struggling in different ways yes, and inner trauma manifests in so many ways so it's important for men to seek help too, especially if they keep sabotaging their relationships which they do.
