Today, we are so focused on the individual and compared to years prior of taking great pride of our communities and our fire companies. We need to get back to the larger picture where others matter and people care for and look out for one another. Our fire companies are at the root of it all and we need to ensure that we are still investing the time and energy needed to push this job forward.
