As I write the intro for this show I must pause and think about what it has meant to me to have a powerful presence and maybe for the first time ever look at my life from this perspective.  Kind of cool!

 

I am just under 5’11’ and growing up was always taller than everyone (including boys) my own age.  I learned at a young age to hold my head up high and as my uncle Barry would say, Strut my stuff!” 

This is funny because I have always lacked confidence because of my size!  Yet as I age and my wisdom grows, I realize that having personal power is a blessing and I believe is needed for all of us to stand tall and do the things we are meant to do during our lifetime.
