Where I do mostly Welder Qualifications  Ray does mostly in-shop and field inspections. Ray and I first met at a welding competition where he volunteered as a judge for a welding competition we were putting on in Central Florida. In this episode we discuss life as a welder and an inspector and how important taking your job serious is.
