Do you want to be an eagle or a scavenger, just hoping for some leftovers? 2) How to Scale—Going from $4,000 a month to $40,000 can be a problem. Don’t manage the business, grow the inflow. If you can’t raise money, you need to transact with people. 3) Multiple streams of income sources—You can’t be dependent on 1 or 2 clients. Staying smaller doesn’t let you be a better provider. You need multiple flows coming from all directions.
