In this episode, Marcy Luna and I share the journey we both have walked with success in order to find fulfillment in the NOW.  

We share a lot of similarities, and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation because it highlighted for me how many of us have walked this path and/or walking this path of finding fulfillment now vs. some delayed future.

Marcy is an exercise physiologist, certified high-performance coach, & 30-year fitness professional.  Marcy is dedicated to and passionate about changing people's lives through teaching, coaching, and speaking.  She teaches science and psychology to lead people from achievement to fulfillment, helping them find the path to create the life they want in a body they love.

We dive into:

• Why fulfillment is an inside job, not based on the amount of money we make or our achievements.
• The reason behind why we feel like we need to prove our worth
• How we connect as a species through struggle vs. joy and ease
• Giving ourselves permission to have an easeful and joyful life
• Our emotions are our guide to tell us if we are on track or not
