Nearly 90% of Americans say the holidays come with some increase in stress levels. As moms, I believe we are the ones feeling the bulk of this stress. The pressure we put on ourselves to make sure everyone is happy, everything is perfect, that we create magical memories with our kids and we capture everything to ensure it is Instagram worthy. 

At this time of year we often hear, "The first Christmas was simple, let's keep this Christmas simple." Was the first Christmas really that simple? 

In today's podcast episode I talk about how that first Christmas was probably a little stressful for Our Blessed Mother. Yet, there is much for us to learn from this Bible passage about what she teaches us at this stressful time of year.
