In this interview episode, I have Rhonda Delany, The People Gardener, here to talk about simplifying your leadership. She specializes in helping new and emerging leaders become great leaders through embracing a human first approach. 

We talk about the first thing a new leader should focus on, how much time you should be spending leading your team, and the number one quality of a leader (which you may have to work towards, but it IS possible!). 

We get into a lot of tactical ways to practice being a good leader, so grab a notebook and your favorite pen, because you're going to want to take some notes!
