As a member of the Christian Democratic Party (CDU) in Germany, Birgit is frequently invited to share her expertise on panels and parliamentary committees. She is also the president of the women's nonprofit organization "Frau 2000plus e.V.," advocating for a new feminism that embraces motherhood and respects the dignity of life.
