Long Island native Sam Solomon has brought his incredible entrepreneurial skillset to the Finger Lakes by way where he originated as a wood fired pizza food truck operator. One of his favorite places to set up shop was a small Mennonite run farm stand selling very high quality ice creams. When the original owners of Spotted Duck announced their intentions to move out of State, Sam had a brilliant idea......
