Connie's motivational quote for today is by – Henry Ford, “Stopping advertising to save money is like stopping your watch to save time.” Wow, what an essential quote from Henry Ford!  If we stop promoting our business to the world, we will stop growing! This quote hit home for me.  When COVID hit, like many, I had zero income and no idea what would happen to my business.  Pretty darn scary! 

 

In March 2020, I was faced with the exact situation my quote outlines.  I knew I had too many blind spots relating to the digital world and media to ignore and learn about. So, with no income coming in and using our savings, I spent 10s of thousands of dollars to educate myself on potential next steps. 

 

Spending that money made me physically nauseous, yet I knew I needed to move forward for personal and professional growth. Does this sound familiar to you too?
