Today’s question is:

What do I do when my upline recruits someone I was trying to recruit?

If you’re in the business long enough, you’ll experience this situation. And if you’re building a team, there’s a good chance you’ll recruit someone someone else was trying to recruit. 

In this episode, I share several examples of when I experienced this and how I got past it. I also give you a mindset tool that will help you see things from a different perspective. 

I know it isn’t easy to get past something like this. When you’re new to team building, every potential team member, host, and customer feels critical to your success.

But the truth is, your mindset is the only thing critical to your success, especially during these situations.

It’s easy to have an abundance mindset when everything’s going your way. My coach always says, “Success is a terrible teacher.”
