I started my meditation practice about ten years ago.  You would think after a decade of practice that, mediation would be easy for me.  

 

Sometimes I still find it hard to quiet my mind to be open to hear and see the new opportunities around me and to help me be aware of things I should be paying attention to for the good of my higher self. I am excited about my conversation today with Dr. Susan Shumsky.
