When Jesus begins to transform the life of a sinner, there must always be a change that takes place. This is the process of sanctification, as God begins to purify the lives of those who formerly lived contrary to His Word. This hope of eternal life and the associated change will not be accepted by many, but those who can hold onto hope will be saved from their sin.
