Jon Haddad likes change. Change in the fire service is rarely welcomed and often looked at as the enemy. But Jon has a different outlook on change. Change pushes him to be better; to take on new challenges that push him and his career. One such change was when he took on the role of Recruit Class Commander for a recent probie class.
