Connie's motivational quote for today is by – Tracee Ellis Ross, “I am learning every day to allow the space between where I am and where I want to be to inspire me and not terrify me.”  This quote stopped me in my tracks after reading it. 

I love this concept of allowing space between myself today and my future self.  Being inspired and curious is something I lean into every day.  Yet, not giving in to my fear of failure, not being good enough, and the unknown events that can hinder my personal and professional growth are very real too, and always simmering under the surface.
