What we say about food, exercise, and our bodies matters more than we realize - especially when our kids are listening.
In this week, I'm joined again by Dr. Tiffany Watson (check out her previous guest appearance here), my own health and nutrition coach, to have a deeply needed conversation about how to foster healthy, peaceful attitudes around food and body image.
