She used the guise of a public health emergency to ban the right to carry firearms for most citizens within the city of Albuquerque. The ban is for a 30-day period, though the Governor is considering making it longer. Yesterday, Gun Owners of America secured a temporary restraining order against the Governor's ban on concealed carry.
