Change is such a huge topic and sometimes feels hard to accomplish. We can all agree that change in life is inevitable! How we approach and handle change impacts the end result, right?

There are many ways to mange our changing paths and none of them should be criticized by anyone, including ourselves. Sometimes we can be our biggest and worst critics … through self-judgment or by allowing the thoughts and comments of others to enter our head. This happens all the time.

The other component, of change, that we need to explore is the concept of living in the past versus living in the present. We have to remember that the past is the past and today is the PRESENT and is the most important part of the process.
