Violet Anna Lieby describes how decorating cakes moved quickly from hobby to passion project and became a business in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, launching in December 2020. The Giving Cake now delivers beautiful floral cupcake bouquets direct-to-consumers all over Santa Cruz County.
