Molly Goodson is here! She's not a registered dietitian. She's the founder of The Assembly in San Francisco, a space for women to work, workout, and connect. She used to be my boss (in the days of Spright), but is also a good friend, one of my favorite San Francisco people, and former podcast co-host.
