This week Andrew & Webby have special guests Clare Goodswen & Isobelle Webster on from M+A Partners.

Clare talks in depth about the new tax rules which are taking effect in April 2026 and discusses possible ways to minimise the financial impact of the new inheritance tax rules, such as insurance. 

Isobelle and Clare both suggest that farmers should take a breath (and seek professional advice) before making any big decisions about their succession planning.

Andrew mentions how he believes one of the biggest hurdles for farmers is their PR, causing much of the public to be fed false facts about the agricultural industry in the UK.
