In today’s episode, I’m sitting down with Alex (Templeton) O’Connor as we discuss Alex’s life on the ranch, her relationship with her dad, and the joys and challenges of balancing motherhood and ranching. Alex also shares her experiences of being a woman in a male-dominated industry and the importance of being strong-willed. 

Alex is a 31 year old farmer and rancher living in Northwestern Missouri. She’s living the life she’s always wanted; right in her hometown, working on her family's farming and ranching operation. Her opinion of the "finer things in life" may be a little different than most ...She loves a cold beverage after a long day of working outside in the heat, heifers that calve in a tight window, freezing temperatures on the opening day of deer season, and getting her hair done.
