32. The 5 M's of Balancing Blood Sugar (Without Cutting Carbs) with Megan Crozier

Cutting out carbs is NOT the best solution for balancing blood sugar. There are SO many other factors outside of carbohydrate intake that influence blood sugar balance, and today you’re getting the inside scoop on 5 of the most effective means.

Learning to balance your blood sugar is important for everyone, regardless of whether or not you have diabetes, pre-diabetes, or hypoglycemia. It impacts so many other areas of your health, like hormonal regulation, brain function, and your ability to focus, just to name a few.

That’s why in today’s episode, I’ve invited my friend and colleague, Megan Crozier, NTP, to join me in discussing how we can prioritize blood sugar balance without cutting carbs, so that you can learn some non-diet methods to help you care for your physical health.
