Linda Collins served in the Arkansas State Senate from 2015-2019. After losing her reelection bid, she returned to her rural hometown of Pocahontas to be with her family and focus on the small business she owned. But six months after moving home, her death made the small community wonder who among them was capable of such viciousness.
