Tyler Underwood is a beast! How else can you describe someone who went from a 4:12 marathon to a 2:18 - which is an Olympic Trials qualifier? His journey to that elite status included a lot of help from friends and family, but not a coach. We talk a lot about who he relies on, and who he doesn’t.
