Founded in 2013, Lyons Den Power Yoga was the first of its kind, inspired by Baptiste Style Yoga, with Bethany’s personal flare. Bethany is a an entrepreneur and a yogi through and through, proud dog mom, and soon to be new mom in coming days. This is her third time on the pod and was on episodes 21 when we first launched episode 129 in 2020 and here we are catching up in 2024.
