In this week’s Bitesize episode, Andrew sums up how this year’s harvest has gone so far. 

Andrew mentions how there is not an abundance of low nitrogen Malting Barley this year.

He also talks about how there is an issue with the appearance of the grains this year.

Wheat quality, much like the Malting Barley, has been dependent on soil types but some wheat is coming into the store with strong bushel weights.
