We hope you all had a blessed and happy new year celebration!  As you seek to make healthy changes in your life, may we encourage you to focus on who Jesus is and what His Word says about you?  You have unalienable, intrinsic self-worth.  You are invaluable and precious to the Almighty Creator of everything.  Rest in knowing that your worth doesn't come from targeted objectives you accomplish this year (or the lack thereof) but in knowing you are enough to God.  We decided to focus on becoming more disciplined in the various areas in our lives, so that God would be most glorified in us, our marriage, our parenting, and work life.  We pray this episode blesses you in your way of thinking about your new year's resolutions and goals.  Lord bless you!
