She had already crossed continents, shared daily memories with her family, and embraced every moment of her journey. But in Auckland, New Zealand, a simple date would mark the beginning of her final known hours.

When Grace suddenly went silent, those closest to her knew something wasn’t right. As investigators retraced her steps, a chilling picture began to emerge, one that would leave an entire country asking how something like this could happen.
